Transmittal Letters

Sequentially numbered transmittal letters, signed by the FMS Commissioner, accompany TFM chapter releases. These letters release new and revised chapters, summarize the new/revised material, provide instructions for the addition or substitution of material, and list regulations or published instructions that are superseded or rescinded.
