TRANSMITTAL LETTER NO. 575 VOLUME I
TO: HEADS OF GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES, AND OTHERS CONCERNED
1. PURPOSE
This transmittal letter deletes I TFM 3-8000: Payments of Net Pay to Financial Organizations for Credit to Accounts of Employees, and I TFM 4-2500: Treasury Financial Communications System Payments. In addition to the related table of contents, an updated table of contents for part 5 is included. The above referenced chapters are deleted in accordance with the Assistant Commissioner of Regional Operations’ chapter certification instructions.
