Subject: Rescission of Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) Volume I, Part 5, Chapter 3000

1. Purpose

This announcement informs agencies that TFM Volume I, Part 5, Chapter 3000: Deposit Ticket, is rescinded. The decommissioning of CA$HLINK II and the transition to OTCnet have rendered the paper SF 215: Deposit Ticket, obsolete.
