Subject: Change to Treasury Financial Manual (TFM) Transmittal Letter No. S2 12-01, U.S. Government Standard General Ledger (USSGL), for Fiscal 2012

1. Purpose

This TFM bulletin notifies agencies that a revised SF 133: Report on Budget Execution and Budgetary Resources and Schedule P: Program and Financing (P&F), Prior Year Actual Column for Fiscal 2012 Reporting, USSGL crosswalk has been posted to the USSGL Web site. The crosswalk is available at http://www.fms.treas.gov/ussgl/index.html. See Attachment 1 for the Summary of Changes.

Refer to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-11, “Preparation, Submission, and Execution of the Budget, Part 9 Advance Guidance, Appendix F (Advance),” dated November 2011, subsequently revised in January 2012. 3. Effective Date

This bulletin is effective immediately.
