Treasury Check Information System

The Treasury Check Information System (TCIS)

Enrollment

The Treasury Check Information System (TCIS) uses an automated enrollment process. Individuals can request access to the applications using the IBM Tivoli Identity Management (ITIM) user provisioning service. The automated enrollment process allows an end user to submit a request for access to TCIS. All requests for access must be approved by a pre-defined Supervisor before access is granted. Please view the following descriptions and links to various guides for detailed instruction on the enrollment process.

The TCIS External User Enrollment Guide provides step by step instruction on how to submit an online request for a TCIS account. This guide is intended for Federal Program Agencies (FPAs) , Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Federal Reserve Bank (FRB ) users.

The External Supervisor Approval Guide provides step by step instruction on how to approve an end users request for a TCIS account. This guide is intended for all existing Supervisors. Please be aware that an end user cannot submit a request for a TCIS account without a Supervisor in ITIM.

To establish a Supervisor in ITIM, please submit a Supervisor Designation form. Processing of the Supervisor Designation form can take up to 48 hours.

For more information call (855) 838-0743 or (314) 444-6151 or send an email to TCIS TSC @STLS.FRB.ORG
