Registration for NON-FMS Government Learners

Note: If you are an FMS employee, please do not use this registration form to enroll. Instead, please use the following URL to access the FMS Learning Management System (LMS): Tas-training.fms.treas.gov

Important Notice:
We do our best to provide the best training value for government (federal, state and local) financial managers and accountants. Treasury Agency Services, as a Franchise Fund organization, must operate under stringent limits as to the student audience that it may train. While the Franchise Fund legislation permits us to provide training to government employees, contractors, and consultants of government agencies, it only permits us to receive payment for the training from a government (federal, state and local) agency, not the contractor/consultant. We continually stress this requirement to other government agencies. Additionally, we endeavor to apprise any interested private or commercial organizations that they need to have their partner government agency provide training payment to us in order to operate properly within the statute. New Training Facility Location

The Financial Management Service is now hosting all Open Enrollment financial education training classes at our home office in Hyattsville, Maryland.
The address is 3700 East West Highway, Hyattsville, MD. 20782.

Registration for Courses, Conferences and Seminars:

For Non-FMS government employees, once you have made your course enrollment determination, please fillout the Course Enrollment Registration Form and Government Credit Card Payment Form below. If your agency decides to pay your enrollment by other than Government Credit Card, e.g., SF 182 or other official payment method, please attach that payment document to your enrollment application and fax it to 202-874-9629.

If you have Special Needs to attend our courses such as Hearing Impairment, Wheelchair access, Special Meal Requirements, or other concerns please make note of them on your Course Enrollment Registration Form.

Please Note: Enrollment confirmations will not be made until course enrollment payment has been received by our staff.
