Agency User Roles

Primary Local Security Administrator (PLSA)
As a PLSA, you have the ability to: provision SAM Users for your agency, add descendent Access Groups below your Primary Access Group, view and run reports, and download GWA Master ALC data.

Local Security Administrator (LSA)
As an LSA, you have the ability to: provision SAM Users for your agency, view and run reports, and download GWA Master ALC data. You do not have the ability to add descendent Access Groups.

Cash Flow Administrator (CFA)
As a CFA, you have the ability to: create and manage Cash Flow Profiles (CFP) for your Access Group, select Access Group Default Rules, view and run reports, and download GWA Master ALC data.

Agency Viewer (AV)
As an AV, you have the ability to view access group default rules, Cash Flow Profiles (CFPs), selected business reports, and download GWA Master ALC data.

Data Download (DD)
As a DD user, you have the ability to download GWA Master ALC data.
