Agency Conversion

Each Federal Program Agency will have one primary contact for the SAM conversion process. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will initiate first contact at which point the primary contact will be requested to help complete the conversion process.

1. Data Collection: Complete the "Authorization Forms" attachment and e-mail it to the appropriate address at the bottom of the form.

2. Agency Setup: Once the conversion information from step one is received and verified, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will work with your conversion liaison to set up your agency in SAM.
