Customer Advisory Board Archives
The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) concept was designed and developed by the Kansas City Financial Center (KFC). Established in 1992 the semi-annual meeting became an open forum for customer agencies to express ideas, concerns and suggestions, and to have input into program planning and product development. In addition to strengthening relationships and ensuring ongoing communications between federal agencies, Treasury sponsored programs and initiatives, and the financial community, the Board and its members are credited for the automation of several Treasury work processes as well as the development and advancement of influential payment programs. Throughout its twenty year history, the KFC Customer Advisory Board aimed to represent the highest standard in customer service through knowledge, information sharing and expertise.
