Judgment Fund Payments Suspended 11/14/12 through 12/5/2012

Due to a major system upgrade outside of our control, Judgment Fund payments will be suspended for the following periods:

Foreign currency payments will be suspended during the period from November 5, 2012 through December 5, 2012. All other Judgment Fund payments will be suspended during the period from November 14, 2012 through December 5, 2012.

Agencies should continue to submit Judgment Fund claims, as Treasury will continue to review them and place them in a queue for payment once the system upgrade is complete.
