How to Enroll in the TWAI

Please follow the instructions in the User Guide for Treasury UPS to gain access to IPAC in the TWAI.

Each IPAC user must complete and submit a User Registration Form to your Agency Administrator (AA) for processing. Users please do not submit any forms to FMS.

Each Agency Administrator must complete and submit an AA Designation Form and a signed AA Responsibility Agreement to their Master Administrator for processing.

• Master Administrator Designation Form - 10-01-2009

Submit User Registration Forms, AA Forms and MA Forms to The Treasury Support Center for processing.
