Welcome to FMS

THE MISSION OF THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE is to provide central payment services to federal agencies, to operate the federal government's collections and deposit systems, to provide governmentwide accounting and reporting services, and to manage the collection of delinquent debt owed to the government. FMS also supports federal agencies' financial management improvement efforts in the areas of education, consulting, and accounting operations.
