Notice to FMS' External Customers

Status of HROC to KROC Move

  • Internal FMS coding changes to transmission scripts and business applications complete.
  • Internal FMS testing of transmission scripts and business applications in progress and on target for completion by early November.
  • FMS on target for movement of production payment and debt applications from HROC to KROC on November 22.
  • FMS will begin coordinating test dates with individual customer sites who exchange bulk payment request or debt files by early November.
  • Testing with external customers who exchange bulk payment request or debt files December 1 through January 31.
  • All external customers who exchange bulk payment request or debt files with FMS must have connectivity ready for production by January 31, 2009. Otherwise, their payments run a high risk of being delayed.
