On November 30, 2009, FMS will be hosting its "3rd Governmentwide Accounting (GWA) Day" conference. The conference will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., at the GSA Auditorium, located on 7th & D Streets SW, Washington, DC 20407. The tentative topics for the conference are: Update and status on GWA Modernization initiative, Provisional Account Statement and Reclassification Module, Shared Accounting Module (SAM), Transaction Reporting System (TRS), Common Government Accounting Code (CGAC) and Financial Management Line of Business (FMLoB) updates, Financial Information and Reporting Standardization (FIRST) and Governmentwide TAS ATB System (GTAS), and lessons learned from one of our current GWA Reporters.
