How To Enroll in the GTAS Application

Effective September 10, 2012, if you have questions about GTAS enrollment, please call the GTAS toll-free number at 1-877-440-9476 and press option 3. After pressing option 3 for support, a Treasury Support Center (TSC) agent will assist you with your enrollment. The TSC agents also can assist you with password issues and application and/or business related questions.

For Users:

Starting May 1, a new user can request access to the GTAS Application.

Note: Employees will not be able to enroll or make modifications to their access if their supervisor is not enrolled.

For Supervisors

We are currently manually enrolling Supervisors.

• First, the supervisor must have a user ID in ITIM. If not, please see the enrollment information in the Quick Reference Guide.
  
  
• Download the following GWA Enrollment form Enrollment Request Form - Supervisor(47 KB)
  
  
• Email forms to GTAS@stls.frb.org or fax to 1-866-707-6575, attention User Enrollment Team.
  
  
• Once the form is received and processed, you will receive several emails from ITIM User Provisioning
  
       -one with your id
       -one with your temporary password
       -one with the assigned module and role
       -one with the status of supervisor
