Element Information The <ProcurementDetail> element is a child element of the <CheckPayment> element. The <ProcurementDetail> element is the fifth element under the <CheckPayment> element and is an optional element. The <ProcurementDetail> element contains 1 child element and has a sequence content model. The sequence content model means that there is a particular order to the children elements of the parent element - in this case, the <ProcurementDetail> element has a particular order of elements that must be followed. Attribute Information Name Use DataType Definition ProcurementInstrumentIdentifier [0..1] String [0, 50] The unique identifier for each contract, agreement or order. ProcurementAgencyIdentifer [0..1] String [0, 4] This is a code for a governmental agency, but it does not necessarily represent the agency that issued the contract. Instead, it serves only as part of the unique identification for Federal Procurement Data System awards records. ContractingOfficeProcurementAgencyIdentifier [0..1] String [0, 4] A code for the governmental agency or bureau that executed or is otherwise responsible for the transaction.
