The <OrganizationLevel> element is a child element of the <OrganizationLevels> element. The <OrganizationLevel> element is the first element under the <OrganizationLevels> element and has a specific usage requirement of [1..7].
The <OrganizationLevel> element does not contain any further nested children elements.
