The <Payee> element is a child element of the <FinancialTransaction> element. The <Payee> element is the second element under the <FinancialTransaction> element and is an optional element.
The <Payee> element contains 5 children elements and has a multiple content model where there exists more than one content model (sequence, choice, all or some combination of these three content models).
