How much does it cost me to use an EagleCash card?

1. That's easy... There is no fee to get an EagleCash card! EagleCash is provided to you by the U.S. government as a cash management tool to help you manage your money while you're deployed serving our country. Thank you!

2. That's also easy... There is no fee to use your EagleCash card at the Post Exchange or Base Exchange, Postal facility, concessionaire, or the kiosk. You MAY, however, incur an expense if your home bank or credit union imposes a fee if there is not enough money in your account to settle a transaction performed at an EagleCash kiosk.
