If you received your Direct Express® card prior to April 2008 and you need help, call JPMorgan Chase Customer Service toll-free at 1 (877) 789-5895, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For questions about your Direct Express enrollment, cancellation, card transactions, etc., or if you believe your card has been lost or stolen, contact Direct Express Customer Service at 1-888-741-1115. The Treasury Department does not maintain or have access to specific cardholder transactions, or handle inquiries involving lost or stolen cards. Should you have a general comment about the program, you may send that to Direct.Express@fms.treas.gov.
