Agency TROR reporting for the 4th quarter-FY 2009 is currently open and will continue until Monday, November 16, 2009 at 4:00 pm EST.
The instructions for the TROR certification/verification for FY 2009 are now available on the DMS web site at http://fms.treas.gov/debt/TRORVerificationFY2009.html. The TROR Certification/Verification form is due to FMS by November 16, 2009.

The reporting requirements for the Treasury Report on Receivables are available on the DMS Web Site at http://fms.treas.gov/debt/TROR_instructions_yr2007.doc. In addition, a TROR report template with formulas is also available in Excel format with formulas. Please contact your agency liaison if you need any additional training or guidance on the TROR.

Treasury Report on Receivables and Debt Collection Activities
The final revised Receivables Report captures data relevant to provisions
in the DCIA; incorporates U.S. General Accounting Office recommendations; includes survey
results from current reporting entities on the usefulness of existing data; and
encompasses the recommendations of the interagency task group.
