The Financial Management Services, Debt Management Services (DMS) will host a TOP Web Client (TWC) training workshop for Federal agency employees on Thursday July 23th, 2009.  There is no charge for this workshop.    

The TOP Web Client (TWC) training is a web-based application that replaced the Dial-up TOP Client.  It is presented to target individuals who have creditor manager and creditor staff security group access.  This training will provide a step-by-step overview of the process of updating agency profiles, adding and updating debt information, processing refunds and refund reversals, IRS address request and retrieving reports.

Registration for this workshop can be completed via the Internet at www.fms.treas.gov/debt/Training_TWC_IL09.html  Please register ASAP.  Space is limited and it is imperative that you keep us informed of any change in your attendance plans.  Due to the high volume of interest in the workshops, notice of cancellation is mandatory.  If you do not cancel within three days of the date of the event, it may affect your ability to register for future trainings and workshops.
