Governmentwide Financial Report System

Checklist for Usage:

Apply for a userid and password by completing a GOALS II Enterprise System Access Request (ESAAS) form. The ESAAS form is located on the GOALS II website under Quick Links ESAAS Form. Fax the completed ESAAS form to 202-874-6710.

Confirm your operating system is XP. FMS will only support IE6 and IE7. Vista users must contact the FMS Service desk for specific instruction on how to access GFRS.

Make sure JInitiator is installed on your computer and it is the correct version (1.3.1.22).

Access the GFRS internet application on GOALS II. The GFRS internet application on GOALS II website is GFRS Internet Application.
