- an ID attribute was inadvertently inserted in the restricted complex Types that derived from the Payments_Classification complexType. The rogue ID attributes have been removed and constitutes the only change to these schemas as of 21 Jan 2010.  All the documentation, web site, and data mapping sheets were not impacted by this change, as the ID attribute in question was marked for "prohibit" use in the restricting complexTypes.
