The Financial Management Service provides centralized customer service for the resolution of check claims filed by recipients of funds issued by the U.S. government as a result of entitlement programs and administrative payments.

  • June 1, 2006, was the implementation date for the Treasury Check Information System (TCIS), which replaces the Check Payment Reconciliation System (CP&R).
