If you have any questions regarding the Customer Advisory Board, please contact Joan Harper at (512) 342-7307 or Adriana Pena at (512) 342-7354 Customer Advisory Board Meeting Agency ForumThe Financial Management Service (FMS), Austin Financial Center is hosting an Agency Forum on August 12-13, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily on Electronic Payments and Collections at the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank in Dallas, Texas. AFC conducts annual Agency Forums to support the federal program agencies (FPAs) it serves to improve its financial operations, meet EFT performance goals, and reduce government costs associated with federal payments and collections. The two day session provide information about electronic programs and innovations developed by Treasury to help the FPAs serve their customers more efficiently and to enhance their overall cash management processes. Registration AFC Agency Forum Agenda Draft Location Directions to Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Hotel Information and Directions Note: There is a Super Shuttle Airport service that serves both DFW International and Love Field to all downtown hotels for approximately $17 each way. Taxi Service is always available from Love Field, a cab ride would cost $20 and from DFW International it is about $50 each way. Discussions also include FMS' present efforts concerning its products, services, and new initiatives.
