The forum is at no cost to federal agencies and is intended to provide information on FMS' electronic products and services. The topics to be covered will be a variety of FMS products, services, and their changes and updates. These include Government-wide Accounting (GWA), Treasury Report of Receivables (TROR), Treasury Offset Program (TOP), and others. Due to limited availability, please call The Adolphus Hotel at 1-800-221-9083 to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. Deadline to secure your room at the government rate of $109 (single rate) is Friday, August 7, 2009. Rooms are reserved under the group name "Department of the Treasury/Agency Forum." For planning purposes, we would like to gauge the number of attendees that will be driving to the FRB. It is important that we approximate as accurately as possible the number of vehicles FRB must accommodate. If you are driving or carpooling, please email us by Friday, July 24. There is a Super Shuttle airport service that serves both DFW International and Love Field to all downtown hotels for approximately $17 each way. Taxi service is always available. A cab ride from Love Field costs approximately $20 and a cab ride from DFW International is $50 each way. Please go to registration form to register. The deadline to register for the Dallas forum is Friday, July 24, 2009. If you are interested in a tour of the FRB, simply add your response in the comment box of the registration form.
